An uncommon taste of indulgence. Premium African-origin cashews elevated for the discerning palate.

One of the biggest challenges has been coordinating the many moving parts involved - from sourcing and organization to technology, communications, and scaling workflows - while honoring fair labor practices, sustainability and origin source traceability.
At the same time, these challenges helped clarify our vision. Instead of creating a short-term solution, we’ve focused on building a stronger foundation that can support sustainable growth and long-term impact.
We have shortened the supply chain to include only the steps that add value and get the products to you in the fastest, highest quality, freshest and most direct way. This saves months off the current methods.
Imagine you can get the freshest and highest quality cashews in the world, by buying and processing at the origin source. This is what we do and it creates more abundant jobs and much higher income for the farmers and processors that are in our direct supply chain, from Africa to you.
In Africa - to connect the U.S. and global markets - for six years. In preparation to be able to do this - for our entire professional careers of over 40 years.
Currently the product is not available in stores or anywhere else. This Kickstarter campaign is our Inaugural Launch to the U.S. and global markets. The product will only be available online.
Sixty percent of the world's cashews are grown in Africa on magnificent trees in vast orchards. The balance primarily come from Vietnam, Cambodia and Brazil.
Fresh cashews are a naturally nutrient-rich snack packed with plant-based protein, heart-healthy fats, magnesium, iron, and essential minerals. A 1-ounce serving (about 18 cashews) contains approximately 160 calories, 5g of protein, and 12g of healthy fats, providing sustained energy and nutritional support without artificial ingredients.
All Uncommon Delights are nutriticious. However Midnight Orchard is top in our product line-up and in the entire category. Dark chocolate cherries mixed into nuts? That’s actually fairly elegant nutritionally.
Cashews → copper, zinc, healthy fats, protein … fat + protein slow the glucose spike
Dark chocolate → flavanols + circulation support
Cherries → antioxidants
Cashews are good for skincare - copper supports collagen pathways
zinc supports healing, fats support barrier function, protein supports tissue integrity
Cashews have a rich, buttery flavor with a naturally mild sweetness and a soft, creamy texture. Many people describe them as smoother and less earthy than almonds or walnuts, making them easy to enjoy as a snack, in recipes, or blended into creamy sauces and desserts.
