Uncommon Delights Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Uncommon Delights Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in our affiliate campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Uncommon Delights Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote Uncommon Delights products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link, discount code, or approved tracking method.

Our goal is to create a fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial program that rewards affiliates for helping introduce new customers to Uncommon Delights.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in the affiliate program, affiliates must be approved by Uncommon Delights.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove any affiliate from the program at any time if we believe their participation does not align with our brand, values, policies, or business goals.

Affiliates must provide accurate contact and payment information before commissions can be paid.

3. Affiliate Links, Codes, and Tracking

Approved affiliates may receive a unique referral link, discount code, or other tracking method.

Affiliates are responsible for using the correct links and codes when promoting Uncommon Delights. Commissions are only credited when purchases are properly tracked through the approved affiliate system.

Uncommon Delights is not responsible for commissions that are not tracked due to incorrect link usage, customer browser settings, expired cookies, technical issues, or customer failure to use the affiliate code or link.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their approved affiliate link or code.

Commission rates, payment terms, and promotional offers may vary by campaign and may be updated at any time by Uncommon Delights.

Commissions are calculated based on the final purchase amount, excluding taxes, shipping fees, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and any other non-commissionable charges unless otherwise stated.

5. Qualifying Purchases

A qualifying purchase is a completed and approved customer order that is successfully tracked through the affiliate’s approved referral link, code, or tracking method.

Orders that are canceled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or charged back do not qualify for commission.

Uncommon Delights reserves the right to review all transactions before approving commission payouts.

6. Payment Terms

Affiliate commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule set by Uncommon Delights.

Affiliates may be required to reach a minimum payout threshold before commissions are released.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Uncommon Delights is not responsible for delayed or failed payments due to incorrect information provided by the affiliate.

Depending on the affiliate’s location, tax documentation such as a W-9, W-8BEN, or other applicable forms may be required before payment is issued.

7. Taxes and Reporting

Affiliates are independent contractors and are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties, or fees related to commissions earned through the affiliate program.

Uncommon Delights may request tax information from affiliates where required by law or payment processor requirements.

Failure to provide required tax documentation may delay or prevent commission payments.

8. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to promote Uncommon Delights in a positive, honest, and brand-appropriate manner.

Affiliates may promote through approved channels such as social media, websites, email lists, blogs, video content, and personal networks, as long as the promotion follows all applicable laws and platform rules.

Affiliates must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved claims about Uncommon Delights, its products, ingredients, health benefits, availability, pricing, or business operations.

All promotions should clearly represent the products and brand in a truthful and respectful way.

9. Required Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Uncommon Delights when promoting products.

This may include statements such as:

“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

“As an Uncommon Delights affiliate, I may receive compensation from qualifying purchases.”

Disclosure must be clear, visible, and placed near the promotional content where the affiliate link or code is shared.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, influencer, and affiliate disclosure laws and guidelines in their country, state, or region.

10. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Use spam, unsolicited messages, or unauthorized email marketing to promote Uncommon Delights.

Misrepresent themselves as employees, owners, or official representatives of Uncommon Delights.

Create fake accounts, fake orders, or fraudulent referrals.

Purchase through their own affiliate link or code unless specifically approved by Uncommon Delights.

Bid on Uncommon Delights brand terms, trademarks, or confusingly similar names in paid search advertising without written permission.

Use misleading discounts, fake scarcity, or unauthorized promotions.

Make medical, health, or disease-related claims about the products.

Use offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or illegal content in connection with the brand.

Promote Uncommon Delights on websites or platforms containing adult content, hate speech, illegal activity, or content that may damage the brand’s reputation.

Violation of these rules may result in commission reversal, suspension, or removal from the affiliate program.

11. Brand Assets and Intellectual Property

Uncommon Delights may provide affiliates with approved logos, images, product photos, graphics, copy, or other marketing materials.

Affiliates may only use brand assets for the purpose of promoting Uncommon Delights products as part of the affiliate program.

Affiliates may not alter logos, create misleading branding, or use Uncommon Delights intellectual property in a way that suggests ownership, partnership, employment, or official representation beyond the affiliate relationship.

All Uncommon Delights trademarks, logos, product names, images, and branding remain the property of Uncommon Delights.

12. Product Information and Availability

Uncommon Delights makes every effort to provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However, product details, pricing, offers, inventory, and promotions may change at any time.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that any promotional content they share is current and accurate.

Uncommon Delights is not responsible for outdated information shared by affiliates.

13. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Cancellations

If a customer order is refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back, any related commission may be reversed, withheld, or deducted from future payouts.

Uncommon Delights reserves the right to delay commission approval until the order is fully processed and outside any applicable refund, return, or dispute window.

14. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors. Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between the affiliate and Uncommon Delights.

Affiliates do not have authority to make commitments, guarantees, warranties, or representations on behalf of Uncommon Delights.

15. Program Changes

Uncommon Delights reserves the right to update, modify, pause, or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

This may include changes to commission rates, payout schedules, promotional rules, eligible products, tracking methods, or program requirements.

Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are made means the affiliate accepts the updated terms.

16. Termination

Uncommon Delights may terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for any reason, including but not limited to policy violations, fraudulent activity, brand misrepresentation, or inactivity.

Affiliates may also leave the program at any time by notifying Uncommon Delights.

Upon termination, affiliates must stop using affiliate links, codes, brand assets, and promotional materials provided by Uncommon Delights.

Any unpaid commissions may be reviewed before payment and may be withheld or forfeited if they were earned through prohibited or fraudulent activity.

17. Limitation of Liability

Uncommon Delights is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost commissions, technical tracking issues, platform errors, or interruption of the program.

18. Agreement

By applying to or participating in the Uncommon Delights Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Uncommon Delights reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms at its sole discretion.
